For me squats are difficult because with me the way my bodies mobility fuction is different compared to most people like if i go down to squat, my left knee won't be able to drive out because my mobility fuction is different it can only drive in so i always have to put extra focus on that when i squat to make sure im at least squatting decent.

I always thought having your knees driven out was improper form but hey great it isn't! My knees will be thanking me later now
