I make this all the time!! Im about 50lbs in on my weight loss, about 15 to go till I hit goal but it’s starting to get so much harder. I feel like every day I’m up or down by just a little and not getting over this hurdle. Do you have any advice Or things to did around this time in your journey??

And the thing is you can make baguels with it, bread sticks, calzones, garlic knots, the possibilities are endless. You add some cinnamon and stevia and you got some sweet one (use vanilla Greek yogurt) ... I love it
