What’s the difference between being tight and inhibited? I imagine tightness means ROM is just not physically possible, inhibition means the ROM should be there, but due a variety of muscles misfiring or stabilization issues, it doesn’t happen. Am I right at all?

Man.. I do that single side plank (groin plank?) with come clients and its brutal, but I love it because it has so many benefits. Gotta keep a strong crotch! 😂🤘 good stuff as always, sir.

I have hip impingement and a lateral tear. I have lost range of motion and have completely stopped loading weight with squats. The only thing I still do are wall balls with a 14 lb ball and that leaves me in pain if I do a lot. I did get a cortisone shot in my hip on April 3rd but it has now worn off and I am back in pain. Is there a way to fix this without surgery? I want to be able to get back to squatting with weight and not avoiding certain movements that hurt it
