I’d like to hear your logic on stretching before releasing tissue via SMR. Always assumed you should get the tissue supple then stretch it out to get better ROM. I admire your knowledge over pretty much most so would love to hear it. 😎

Definitely trying these. I’m 6’4” and play racquetball. Important to make contact with the ball about mid-shin or ankle high and on a level plane. That is a long ways down for me so I have a slight hunch in my swing which pinches my hips/lower back every swing. Throughout a tournament this really wears on me. Would be interesting to play pain free!
