My hip measurement has increased 5 inches this offseason 💁🏽♀️ I highly suggest everyone to take weekly measurements year round! I include shoulders, bicep, waist, hip, leg, and calf. This is a helpful way to track progress aside from just the scale, especially during prep. Another reason why @underrated_muscle is the man 🙌🏼
