Deads were feeling glueeeed, what a session. Took 100kg and 140kg three times each trying to make it feel better but couldn’t really figure it out and decided to go up anyway. Some days you don’t feel great but can still hit decent numbers, some days you’re better off calling it. Finished with 227.5kg/500lbs x 3 . @hybridperformancemethod @steficohen steficohen Dr. Stefanie Cohen, DPT

How do you know whether or not it’s going to start moving or not ? How do you know when to give up or face the fact it’s to heavy?? Like if it takes more than 10 seconds is that when you know it ain’t happening??

What do you do for recovery? I get a fever and need like a week to recover if I grind/push myself like you do.

@steficohen By holding your breath during the lift, albeit the lift is more powerful, do you experience a lack of oxygen which results in feeling light headed at times?
