ROOPTOP SZN ~ you know we love a good rooftop workout & are always on the hunt for more (why are they so hard to find?!). But yesterday’s workout had me thinking - you could TOTALLY do this on your own for free. This might sound a little bootleg - but hear us our out. Here’s what TO DO: ⭐️GRAB A CREW (always more fun with friends) & organize a time + place to sweat outdoors this week/weekend (a rooftop, backyard, park … LITERALLY ANYWHERE). ⭐️ STREAM A WORKOUT (Obe, Melissa Wood Health, P.Volve, Kayla Itsines BBG), or simply write down some moves that you’re familiar with. You probably know a lot more moves off the top of your head than you think. Try: jumping jacks, squats, fire hydrants, planks, bicycles, push-ups, crunches - & get a solid mix of cardio, arms, booty, abs, etc. ⭐️TURN ON A SOLID PLAYLIST (Btw if you haven’t checked out our ‘WERKOUT.’ playlist on Spotify yet, now’s the perfect time) … and BAM! PS - If your friends aren’t down, just do it yourself! This is a perfect weekend activity & good way to enjoy these summer months + some fresh air.
