If a lack of time is holding you back from reaching your fat loss goal, then this post is for you. Because despite what you might believe, you don’t have to work out for hours every day to get some great results. Keeping to a routine helps you stay more focused, and scheduling your workouts makes you more likely to stick to them. Put your gym sessions on your calendar just like you would a work meeting or an important social event. While exercise is great for you health and helps you feel good, what’s most important for fat loss is being in a calorie deficit. If you can consistently stick to that, you will lose fat, even without much exercise. Eating healthy doesn’t need to be time consuming or complicated. Pick a few days per week to cook up a couple of different proteins, carbs, and veggies, then just mix in match throughout the week. If nutrition is the king for fat loss, then strength training is the queen. If you want to look lean and toned, you need to have some muscle on your frame. Lifting weights is so important when you are trying to lose fat because it helps maintain your muscle. Best part is, you only need to complete 2-3 full body sessions per week to get the job done. If you can only train 2-3 times per week, it’s most efficient to use full body workouts that are made up of mostly compound movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, rows, and presses. Setting up your workout as supersets is a great time saver. Pick two exercises and alternate back and forth between the two for your desired number of sets. For example, perform a set of squats, rest for 30-60 seconds, then perform a set of rows, resting again for 60-90 seconds. Setting up your workout this way can have you in and out of the gym in 45-60 minutes tops. Don’t rely on cardio to burn calories! Slaving away on the cardio machines is SO time consuming, and it really doesn’t burn all that many calories. To save time and energy, just try to be more active during the day. Go for walks whenever possible, take the stairs, park farther away, etc.

FAT BURNING CARDIO ͈ Make sure to give this workout some love and save for later ❤️ ͈ Yes, I agree, cardio is hardio but I find adding interval sprints to the end of my workouts very effective (and not extremely tedious which is surprising 😂). When I want to burn a bit of extra fat I will add 10 - 15 minutes of interval sprints to the end of my strength workout. I incorporate this additional cardio into my routine around 2 – 3 times per week. I wouldn’t recommend beginning a strength session with interval sprints as it may effect the rest of your workout, if you’re exhausted it may increase your risk of injury during strength training due to poor form. So let’s keep this fat burner as a cardio finisher. ͈ INTERVAL SPRINTS: ͈ Some treadmills will have a mode that will automatically adjust your interval speed settings but if you don’t have that then you can simply increase or decrease your speed for each block. During the off sets you want to aim for a speed that you can comfortably powerwalk, this is when you want to decrease your heart rate before spiking it during the sprints. ͈ METHOD: ͈ 10 minutes 1 minute off (powerwalk) 30 sec on (sprint) ͈ Give this cardio finisher a try. Remember to listen to your body, don’t overexert yourself and have fun with your training! ͈ Training at my fave @milonpremiumhealthclubs @milonaustralia ❤️

( Eu usei coxão mole) Depois tirei o excesso do óleo da panela que estava com carne, e coloquei alho e deixei dourar, depois coloquei o arroz e deixei refogar bem Depois do arroz refogado, acrescentei cebolas em rodelas, cenoura ralada , pimenta de cheiro picadinha e deixei dar mais uma refogada. Depois coloquei água quente e deixei cozinhar, não esquecendo de acertar o sal. EU NÃO TENHO QUANTIDADES EXATAS POIS FAÇO TUDO A OLHO. E depois dele ja cozido mexí o arroz com um garfo e acrescentei cheiro verde. . Há meus amores , tem muita gente que me pergunta , o que eu faço pro arroz ficar soltinho , gente não tem segredo , a única coisa que tem que tomar cuidado é com a água, não exagerar , eu uso só uma água, mas na dúvida vá colocando aos pouco , e quando ele já estiver cozido passe o garfo nele misturando pra ele se soltar . Cloudy but oh how peaceful and beautiful 5k by the Rhodian seaside before heading to the island so dear to my heart - Patmos, for the Easter celebration ⛵🌞💜. . As much as I love Patmos I am still a bit sad to leave the island of Rhodes and so many unexplored wonders behind. The team of @roadstorhodes marathon has been an incredible host and we had yet another wonderful day yesterday, meandering throw the small streets of Rhodes old town with our guide Dimitris. Been doing some spring cleaning, not just in my home (hey beauty room), but also for my mind and soul😌 I’ve been reading books rather than watching tv, frequenting yoga class with @alexktaylor (we’re a couple of ol yogi pros at this point😛), and intentionally spending more time out of the house in my day to day life (I LOVE being at home way too much), and finally, I grew out my brows and they are in a gewd place right now and that’s just the cherry on top😌 2019 is our year guys, it’s our YEAR• what are your goals for 2019?
