These recipes are included in the digital cookbooks I have available for download on my website. Meal prepping isn’t on my list of fun things to do either, believe it or not. I see it as a chore just like doing laundry or cleaning the dishes. If it doesn’t get done I can’t eat and that’s no fun. Some weeks (most weeks) Sunday rolls around and I don’t want to cook anything. With football season around the corner that’s about to get a whole lot worse for me. Having a collection of recipes in your arsenal that you can get in and out in no time is super nice to have. Ive probably made the Asian Turkey Bowls more than anything just because they are so easy and quick. Meals with ground meats tend to go much faster because you can cook it all at the same time. With chicken thighs you have to cook it in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan and if you don’t have a giant pan, that can take up time.

I always watch the carbs counts to make sure they aren't over 65 (for me) & love getting more protein in my diet. That's been a challenge for me. Also, I've tried a few new foods haha. I love meal prepping. It’s usually the highlight of my week lol. But I’m weird. Question tho, doesn’t the waffle get soggy being in the fridge with meat and cheese all week? I can’t ever seem to do things like that because I never want to eat the bread item after a day or two.
Where do you get your containers from? Do they hold up well??
