🍔WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FALL OUT OF ROUTINE - 👉 Whether it’s a binge, a week of food comas, a holiday or time away from training and diet; it can be hard to get back into the swing of things. Your efforts might feel wasted when your body doesn’t change back to where it was overnight. __________________ So here are my tips : 1️⃣ Start where you left off. Get back on your normal eating and training routine. DO NO MORE. Adding more is tempting but it will only make you frustrated and burn out quicker . 2️⃣ Be Patient. Just because your body changed for the worse in one week, doesn’t mean it will take a week to get back to where you left off. It takes time, so accept that . 3️⃣ Don’t beat yourself up for it. Life happens, just learn from your mistakes and focus on the future . 4️⃣ Don’t overcompensate with OVER dieting or extra cardio . 5️⃣ Read Step 2 again. Get it tattooed across your fkn head . _________________ Enjoy training and the process guys.
